As part of the Roswell Roots celebration, the Smith Plantation will host the 2012 Tea and Hat Show at the Grimes Bridge Adult Recreation Center Ballroom on February 11th from 1:00-4:00pm. This year, Smith Plantation will welcome the Wilbourn Sisters, fashion designers based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Jackson, Tennessee, and Los Angeles, California. The sisters design free flowing, carefree, colorful, comfortable designs for all occasions, nationalities and for women of all sizes. Vernell Washington’s special talent for fashion will highlight the show. This globe trotting diva will entertain the crowd with her amazing collection of hats and accessories that will be available for viewing and purchase.
